HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We know you love receiving your treats quickly, and we work hard to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders are sent either the same business day or the following business day, depending on garment location (Monday–Friday).
All New Zealand orders are shipped on an overnight delivery service; however, this timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Please allow an extra day for rural delivery.
Keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email titled "It’s on its way”, which will include your tracking details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
We use traceable courier services that require a signature upon delivery. A signature obtained at the delivery address—whether from you or someone else—is considered proof of delivery. If you would like your garments left in a specific location (e.g., behind the pot plant on the porch), please include these instructions in the order comments.

HOW DO I SEARCH FOR A PRODUCT?
If you know the name of the item, use the search bar located at the top left of the page. Otherwise, you can browse under SHOP > Styles (e.g., Dresses) or explore by Labels.
When you select any of these categories, you can further refine your results by Size, Colour, Sale, Price, or Label. These filter options are located near the top of the page.
DON'T WANT TO BUY ONLINE?
No problem, just give us a call at 07 866 4243. We’ll confirm which store has the item in stock and arrange for the team there to contact you to complete your order over the phone.
HOW DO I ENTER A COUPON CODE?
To apply a coupon code, go to the checkout page. Enter any valid coupon code in the "Coupon Code” field within your shopping cart, then click Apply to update your total.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
This depends on the stage your order is at. We will do our best to cancel or modify your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched or prepared for shipping. To avoid disappointment, please contact us immediately at 07 866 4243 if you need to make any changes.
Please note that sale items cannot be cancelled or altered once the order has been placed.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DOES NOT
ARRIVE?
Please refer to your shipping confirmation email and check the tracking link provided. If there has been no movement, or if your order appears to be taking longer than expected, please email us so we can lodge an inquiry with the courier company on your behalf.

business purposes. For example, we retain information about shipments,
including names and addresses, so that we can provide delivery, proof of
delivery and tracking of purchases as needed. We carefully dispose of
records and delete information when retention periods expire.
